In the event that a training session needs to be postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer an alternative training date. It is the student's responsibility to get in touch with us to reschedule. 8. What if I haven't completed my case studies within the given timeframe?

If you have not completed your at-home case studies within the allotted timeframe provided on your course, we reserve the right to withhold the certificate of completion. In such cases, we recommend revisiting the academy for a refresher course, which comes with a fee of £50. This ensures that your work meets our high standards.
